Every active client and website lead in the hub becomes a contact (people already here are linked, not duplicated).

Send this to anyone new. It opens a short page on their phone, makes their hub, and asks them for their details once. No password. Each sign-up is marked as coming from you.

Email steps only go to people who already know us, never to anyone who opted out, only in working hours, and within the daily limit. For anyone else the step is skipped and you get a task.
Nothing is sent or made. This shows what each step would do for that person right now.
Automatic email only goes out inside this window, so nobody is written to at 3am. Times are UTC (9am to 6pm US Eastern is 13 to 22 in summer, 14 to 23 in winter). Tasks and tags are not held back.
